TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sharp EIT Solutions – “Win the Ultimate Roosters Client Experience”

The Entry Details and any other information provided about how to enter the competition form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Entry.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Extensive IT Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Sharp EIT Solutions, ABN 63 150 079 262, of Tower 1, Triniti Business Park, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde NSW 2113 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland who are aged 18 years or over.

Residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter this promotion.

Entrants must enter in a business capacity or on behalf of a registered business or organisation. Eligible entrants may include business owners, directors, managers, employees, procurement professionals and other business decision-makers.

The Promoter may request information reasonably required to verify an entrant’s business or employment details.

Employees of Sharp EIT Solutions, the Sydney Roosters and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

The competition opens at 8:00 am AEST on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the official competition entry form during the Promotional Period and provide all requested contact and business information.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is required to enter.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise do not comply with these Conditions of Entry will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Details

There will be [4] winning businesses.

Each winner will receive one Sydney Roosters VIP matchday experience for two people at the Sydney Roosters v Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs match at Allianz Stadium on Friday, 7 August 2026.

Each prize includes:

• corporate hospitality for two people in an open-air box;
• reserved seating for two people;
• VIP matchday access;
• participation in a pre-game warm-up run-out experience;
• a behind-the-scenes tour of the Sydney Roosters Centre of Excellence; and
• one signed Sydney Roosters jersey.

The exact timing, meeting location and matchday arrangements will be provided to the winners before the event.

The prize does not include flights, transport, transfers, parking, accommodation, meals or other expenses unless expressly stated above. Each winner and their guest are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw

The winners will be selected at random at the Promoter’s office at 10:00 am AEST on Thursday, 30 July 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a randomised selection method.

The first [4] valid eligible entries drawn will be declared the provisional winners, subject to verification by the Promoter.

7. Winner Notification and Announcement

The provisional winners will be contacted by phone and email within one business day of the draw.

Each winner’s first name, last initial and business or organisation name may be published on Sharp EIT Solutions’ website, social media channels and other promotional communications.

A winner will only be confirmed after the Promoter has verified their eligibility and business details.

8. Prize Claim and Redraw

Each provisional winner must accept and claim their prize by 5:00 pm AEST on Monday, 3 August 2026.

If a provisional winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• does not claim the prize by the required deadline;
• is found to be ineligible;
• cannot attend the event; or
• otherwise fails to comply with these Conditions of Entry,

the Promoter may conduct a redraw to select a replacement winner.

Any redraw will take place at the Promoter’s office at 10:00 am AEST on Tuesday, 4 August 2026, using the same randomised selection method.

Any replacement winner will be contacted by phone and email as soon as reasonably practicable following the redraw.

9. Guest and Venue Requirements

Each winner’s guest must be aged 18 years or over unless otherwise approved by the Promoter and the Sydney Roosters.

Each winner and guest must comply with all reasonable directions, entry requirements and conditions imposed by the Promoter, the Sydney Roosters, Allianz Stadium and any other relevant venue or event operator.

Admission to and participation in the matchday experience are subject to applicable third-party and venue terms and conditions, including security, safety, responsible service of alcohol, dress and behaviour requirements.

A winner or guest may be refused entry or removed from the event for inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with applicable conditions. No replacement prize or compensation will be provided in these circumstances.

Elements of the experience, including the pre-game warm-up run-out and Centre of Excellence tour, may be altered, substituted or cancelled due to operational, security, safety, weather, team or venue requirements.

10. Privacy and Marketing

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal and business information to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact winners and deliver the prizes.

Where an entrant provides the relevant marketing consent, the Promoter may also use their details to send information about Sharp EIT Solutions’ products, services, promotions and business events. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sharp EIT Solutions Privacy Policy

11. Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, last initial, business name, photograph, video footage and comments relating to the competition or prize experience for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes, without additional payment, subject to applicable law.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Sydney Roosters and their respective officers, employees, contractors and partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or expense arising from entry into the competition, acceptance or use of a prize, travel to or from the event, or participation in any prize activity.

Nothing in these Conditions of Entry excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

13. Event Changes or Cancellation

The prize is subject to the match proceeding on the scheduled date and the relevant hospitality and matchday experiences remaining available.

If the match or any part of the prize is postponed, relocated, varied or cancelled for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide the prize on the rescheduled date or substitute an alternative experience of equal or greater value, where reasonably possible.

The Promoter is not responsible for reimbursing any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by a winner or guest as a result of a postponement, relocation or cancellation.

14. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who:

• submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry;
• tampers with the entry process;
• provides false or misleading information; or
• engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the competition.

If the competition cannot be conducted as intended because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone, cancel or terminate the competition, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

The Promoter’s decisions concerning the competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.
