Sharp EIT Solutions – "Win a VIP Sydney Roosters Matchday Experience for Your Business"

The “Entry Details” and any other information provided on how to enter the Competition form part of these Conditions of Entry. Your entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Extensive IT Solutions ABN 63 150 079 262 of Tower 1, Triniti Business Park, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), and Queensland (QLD) aged 18 years or over.

• Residents of South Australia (SA) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are not eligible to enter this promotion.

• Entrants must be entering on behalf of a registered business or with business intent (e.g. business owners, managers, or decision-makers).

• Employees of Sharp EIT Solutions, the Sydney Roosters, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

• The competition opens at 8:00 AM AEST on Thursday, 30 May 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Monday, 16 June 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

4. How to Enter

• To enter, eligible entrants must complete the entry form via the official promotional page and provide the required contact details.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

• Entries that are incomplete or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Details
The winner will receive a VIP Sydney Roosters Matchday Experience, which includes:

• Corporate hospitality for two (2) in an open-air box at Allianz Stadium on Thursday 24 July 2025.

• VIP matchday access including a warm-up run-out on the field and a behind-the-scenes tour of the Roosters Centre of Excellence.

• One (1) signed 2025 Sydney Roosters jersey.

• Reserved seating.

• Note: The prize does not include flights, transfers, or accommodation. The winner is responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

6. Prize Draw

• The winner will be drawn at random at Sharp EIT Solutions’ head office at 10:00 AM AEST on Wednesday, 18 June 2025.

• The draw will be conducted fairly using a randomised selection tool and witnessed by at least one independent person.

7. Notification and Announcement

• The winner will be notified via phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.

• The winner’s name (first name, last initial, and business name) may be published on Sharp EIT Solutions’ website and social media pages.

8. Prize Claim

• The winner must claim the prize within 7 business days of being notified.

• If the prize is not claimed by Thursday, 26 June 2025, a redraw will take place on Friday, 27 June 2025, subject to the same conditions.

9. Privacy

• By entering, entrants consent to the use of their personal information by Sharp EIT Solutions for the purposes of this competition and related marketing.

• All data will be handled in accordance with Sharp EIT’s [insert privacy policy URL] privacy policy.

10. Liability

• Sharp EIT Solutions and its partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the competition or taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

• The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if it becomes corrupted or cannot be conducted as intended.
