1. General Terms

These Conditions of Entry, together with any entry instructions, promotional materials and information on how to enter, form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

The Promoter is Extensive IT Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 63 150 079 262), trading as Sharp EIT Solutions, located at Tower 1, Triniti Business Park, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are business owners, managers and/or business decision-makers.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and agencies directly associated with the administration of this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 12:00 am (AEDT) on Saturday, 17 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Sunday, 1 November 2026.

Late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the official Sharp EIT Solutions competition landing page and complete all required fields of the online entry form.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

The Promotion is a game of chance. All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.

Entrants are not required to request a product review, purchase a product or consent to marketing communications to enter the Promotion.

5. Draw & Winner Notification

The draw will take place at 10:00 am (AEDT) on Monday, 2 November 2026, at the Promoter's premises, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde NSW 2113.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The winner will be contacted by telephone and email on Monday, 2 November 2026, using the contact details provided at entry.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 5:00 pm (AEDT) on Monday, 2 November 2026.

If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified period, and reasonable efforts have been made to contact them, the prize will be forfeited, subject to applicable laws.

The winner's details will be published where required by applicable legislation.

6. Prize Details

Crown Oaks Day VIP Experience

One (1) winner will receive a VIP hospitality experience for two (2) people at Crown Oaks Day, held at Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne, on Thursday, 5 November 2026.

The prize includes:

• Entry for two (2) people into the TAB Clubhouse Marquee.

• Access to the Winning Post Enclosure for up to two (2) people during the Sharp EIT Race.

• Premium beverages, including G.H. Mumm Champagne, premium beer, wine and soft drinks.

• An exclusive assortment of chef-inspired food.

• Uninterrupted views of the home straight and winning post from the Winning Post Enclosure, offering a prime vantage point to experience the defining moments of the race.

The total retail value of the prize is less than $1,000 (including GST).

Additional Terms:

• The winner and their guest must be aged 18 years or over.

• The prize is valid only for Crown Oaks Day on Thursday, 5 November 2026.

• Access to the Winning Post Enclosure applies only to the designated Sharp EIT Race and is subject to event organiser requirements.

• All hospitality access and event tickets are subject to applicable event organiser, Victoria Racing Club and Flemington Racecourse terms and conditions, including venue conditions of entry and dress requirements.

• Alcoholic beverages will be served in accordance with applicable responsible service of alcohol requirements.

• Travel, accommodation, transport and any additional personal expenses are not included.

• The prize is non-transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• If the winner is unable to attend the event, the prize will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

• If the event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the Promoter will manage the prize in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Privacy & Marketing Communications

Personal information collected through the competition entry form will be used to administer the Promotion, verify entrant eligibility, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.

Where entrants have separately provided consent, Sharp EIT Solutions may also contact them regarding relevant products, services, promotions and business opportunities.

Marketing consent is not a condition of entry.

Personal information will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify entrants who provide false information, submit multiple entries or otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent it from proceeding as planned, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approvals.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions beyond its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Promotion is governed by the applicable laws of Australia and the laws of New South Wales, subject to mandatory requirements in other jurisdictions.

9. AFL Partnership

Sharp EIT Solutions is an Official Wholesale Display Screen Partner of the AFL.

The Promotion is conducted by Sharp EIT Solutions and promoted through authorised partnership channels.

The AFL and Victoria Racing Club are not the promoters or administrators of this competition.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
