The Kids Cancer Project

In support of the community, Sharp EIT Solutions, one of the nation’s leading companies specialising in IT services and technology solutions, worked in collaboration with TKCP to raise funds for the incredible cause.

The Kids Cancer Project
The Kids Cancer Project (TKCP) are an independent national charity supporting childhood cancer research. Since 1993, thanks to strong community support, we have been able to contribute tens of millions of dollars to scientific studies to help children with many types of cancer.

#It Began

Sharp EIT Solutions Sales Manager Tony Savino first met Owen Finegan back in 2019 where they hit it off at one of Sharp EIT Solutions partners sporting events. Shortly after that Tony completed an assessment on TKCP office printers and was not only able to upgrade their devices but save the charity a considerable amount of money.

#Sharp EIT Solutions’s involvement

Since then, Sharp EIT Solutions has continued to support TKCP by providing products, sporting experiences to utilise for their raffle and auctions at events to assist in raising funds.

On June 3rd 2022 Sharp EIT Solutions held a State of Origin Charity Luncheon at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia with an objective to raise $15k for TKCP.

Managing Director, Mario Bernatovic said “Sharp EIT Solutions has a history of supporting local businesses and the community, it was an honour to be able to raise funds for TKCP at our recent Luncheon. As a father, my heart goes out to those families battling this disease and I am delighted that the funds will be directed to support research led outcomes that improve the treatment of cancer in kids.”

#“We are delighted to have the support of Sharp EIT Solutions, who are always looking for new and innovative ways to support The Kids’ Cancer Project."
