1. General

   • These Conditions of Entry and any instructions on how to enter the competition form part of the terms and conditions. By entering, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

   • The Promoter is Extensive IT Solutions (ABN 63 150 079 262) of Tower 1, Triniti Business Park, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde NSW 2113.

2. Eligibility

   • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are business owners and/or decision makers.

3. Promotion Period

   • The competition opens at 8:00am AEST on 22 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 5th of July 2026.

   • Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

   • To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the official entry form provided via the campaign platform.

   • Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

   • Incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries will be deemed invalid.

   • This is a game of chance. All valid entries will go into a random draw conducted on 7th of July 2026 at 10:00am AEST.

5. Prize Details

   • One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

     • Signed Framed Sea Eagles 2026 Jersey

     • 2 x Shaw and Partners Chairman’s Club tickets at 4 Pines Park for – Friday August 28^th Sea Eagles vs Dragons at 4 Pines Park

     • Corporate hospitality for two (2) guests

     • Pre-game VIP side line experience

   • Total prize value is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

6. Prize Conditions

   • Travel, accommodation, catering, and any additional expenses are not included.

   • If the winner cannot attend the game, the prize will be forfeited

   • The winner will be notified via the email address provided in their entry form.

7. Unclaimed Prize Draw

   • If the prize is not claimed within five (5) days of the winner being notified, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the provided contact details, but no redraw will occur.

8. Publicity and Privacy

   • By entering, the winner consents to their name being used for promotional purposes, including publication on the Promoter’s website and social media.

   • Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and may be used to contact entrants about future promotions.

   • Entrants can request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting info@sharpeit.com.au.

9. Disqualification and Conduct

   • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.

   • Entries containing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content will be deemed invalid.

10. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize.

• This clause does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

• If for any reason the competition cannot run as planned (e.g. technical failures, government restrictions, or force majeure), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion.

• This promotion is governed by the laws of each Australian State. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
