Terms & Conditions — Sharp EIT Solutions “Recognise a Remarkable Woman in Business” Promotion

The “Entry Details” and any information provided on how to enter form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoters are:

  • Extensive IT Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 63 150 079 262) trading as Sharp EIT Solutions

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are business owners and/or business decision-makers.

Nominees must be Women in Business or Sport, aged 18 years or over, who consent to being nominated.

Directors, management, employees, contractors, and immediate families of the Promoter or associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

3. Competition Period

Opens: 8:00am AEST, 24 November 2025

Closes: 11:59pm AEST, 28 November 2025

Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Entrants must complete the official entry form during the Competition Period and provide all required details for both the nominator and the nominee, including the reason for the nomination.

Incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Judging & Winner Selection

This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.

All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter.

Judging criteria include creativity, inspiration, and alignment with the theme of recognising remarkable women in business and sport.

Judging will take place on 1st December 2025 at 10:00am AEST at the Promoter’s offices.

One (1) winning entry will be selected. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of judging.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a VIP Corporate Box Experience for their team (4 people) at a sporting event of the winner’s choice, subject to availability.

Prize includes:

  • Exclusive access to a Corporate Hospitality at a selected professional sporting event
  • Premium food and beverage package
  • Corporate hospitality throughout the event
  • Event-day inclusions as provided by the selected venue/team

Sport & Team Selection:

The winner may choose a sporting code (e.g. AFL, NRL, A-League, Cricket, Netball, Basketball, etc.) and preferred team/event. All selections are subject to availability, venue scheduling, and approval by the Promoter.

Prize Conditions:

  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • If the winner cannot attend their selected event date, the prize (or that portion) will be forfeited.
  • Travel, transport, accommodation, and additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
  • If the chosen event becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative event of equal or greater value.

7. Publicity

The Promoters reserve the right to photograph or film elements of the prize experience.

By entering, entrants consent to having their name, nomination story, and image used in promotional material for Sharp EIT Solutions and Play Like a Girl without further payment.

The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for administering the competition and for marketing purposes by the Promoter.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting info@sharpeit.com.au.

The Promoter’s Privacy Policy applies.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its employees, agents, and contractors accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

This does not limit any statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions.

If the competition is unable to run due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
