Sharp EIT Solutions: “Nominate a Remarkable Woman in Business and WIN a VIP Caulfield Cup Experience”

The “Entry Details” and any other information provided on how to enter form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Extensive IT Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 63 150 079 262) and Play Like a Girl (ABN 15 653 061 539)

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are business decision-makers and/or business owners.

  • Nominees must be women in business or sport, aged 18 years or over, who consent to being nominated.

  • Directors, management, employees, contractors, and immediate families of the Promoter or associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

  • Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

3. Competition Period

  • Opens: 8:00am AEST, 21 August 2025

  • Closes: 11:59pm AEST, 30 September 2025
    Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • Complete the official entry form during the Competition Period and submit all required details for both nominator and nominee, including a valid reason for nomination.

  • Incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Judging & Winner Selection

  • This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.

  • All valid entries will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter.

  • Entries will be judged based on creativity, inspiration, and alignment with the theme of celebrating women in business and sport.

  • Judging will take place on 1 October 2025 at 10am AEST at the Promoter’s offices.

  • One (1) winning entry will be selected. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of judging.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a VIP Caulfield Cup Experience for two (2) people on 18 October 2025, including:

  • Access for 2 to Sharp EIT’s Private Suite

  • Food & Beverage Package

  • Mounting Yard photo opportunities

  • Private Grandstand Seating

  • Winners Bar celebrations

  • Trackside views

  • Trophy presentation honour

Prize conditions:

  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • If the winner cannot attend on the specified date, the prize will be forfeited.

  • Travel, accommodation, and incidental costs are the responsibility of the winner.

  • If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Publicity

  • The Promoters reserve the right to photograph and/or video elements of the prize experience.

  • By entering, entrants consent to their name, nomination story, and/or image being published for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  • The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media accounts.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of conducting the competition and for the Promoter’s marketing purposes.

  • Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting info@sharpeit.com.au

  • The Promoter’s Privacy Policy applies.

9. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its employees, agents, and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of entering or participating in the competition or using the prize.

  • This does not exclude any rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  • If the competition cannot run as planned due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
