Sharp EIT Solutions: "WIN a Leadership Q&A Session for Your Business with a Leading AFL Coach"

1. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Entry Details and any instructions on how to enter, form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by them.

2. Promoter
The Promoter is Extensive IT Solutions ABN 63 150 079 262, located at Tower 1, Triniti Business Park, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are business owners and/or decision-makers. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
4. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 8:00am AEST on 5/05/2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 25/08/2025.
5. How to Enter
Complete the entry form during the Promotion Period; and
• Answer the following question in 25 words or less:
“Tell us why your business should score the AFL Leadership Q&A bragging rights.”
•Submit the completed form as instructed. Entries that do not include an answer or exceed the word limit will be deemed invalid.
6. Game of Skill
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on:
• Creativity
•Originality
•Relevance to the competition theme 

Judging will take place at 10:00am AEST on 27/08/2025. The panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize
• One (1) winner will receive a Leadership Q&A session with a leading AFL Coach.
• The session will run for up to 1.5 hours.
• While every effort will be made to secure the winner’s preferred AFL Coach, availability is not guaranteed. Final selection is subject to availability and the Coach’s management team.
8. Prize Conditions
• The session must be held at the winner’s business premises or a suitable nearby venue, subject to agreement.
• The session must take place before 1 December 2025.
• If the preferred Coach becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute another current or former AFL representative.
• A list of discussion questions must be submitted in advance.
• Photography and videography are subject to prior approval from the Coach’s management.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email by 29/08/2025. If the prize is not claimed within five (5) days of notification, it will be forfeited. No substitute winner will be selected.
10. Travel and Expenses
The Promoter is responsible only for delivering the Q&A session. All travel, accommodation, meals, or related expenses incurred by the winner or participants are the responsibility of the winner.
11. Publicity and Privacy
• By entering, participants consent to their name and business being used in promotional activity including social media and websites.
• Personal information will be collected to administer the promotion and for direct marketing purposes.
• Entrants may request access to or correction of their information by contacting: info@sharpeit.com.au.
•Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities if legally required.
12. Conduct and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• Submits an entry that is misleading, defamatory, offensive, or plagiarised;
• Engages in conduct that compromises the integrity of the competition or the Q&A session.
13. Health and Safety
The winner is responsible for ensuring the Q&A venue complies with all applicable workplace health and safety requirements. The Promoter accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participation in the competition or use of the prize. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Force Majeure
If the Promoter is unable to fulfil its obligations due to events outside its control (e.g. natural disasters, illness, travel disruptions), it may cancel, suspend, or amend the competition.
16. Changes to the Competition
The Promoter reserves the right to vary or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on the competition website.
17. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in their State or Territory of residence.
