Sharp EIT Solutions: "Win an AFL Experience for Your Business"

  1. General Terms

·         These Conditions of Entry, together with any entry instructions, promotional materials and information on how to enter, form part of these terms and conditions.

·         Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Eligibility

·         Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are business owners and/or business decision-makers.

·         Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

·         Employees, directors, management and immediate family members of the Promoter, and associated companies, consultants, suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

·         The Competition opens at 8:00am on 20 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 August 2026.

·         Late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries, including entries affected by technical disruptions, human error or any other reason, will be deemed invalid.

4. How to Enter

·         During the Promotion Period, entrants must access the Competition entry form, complete all required details as stated on the form and submit the form as directed.

·         This Competition is a game of chance. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a random draw.

·         Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period and submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

5. Draw and Winner Notification

·         One (1) individual prize winner will be drawn at random on 2 September 2026 at the Promoter's premises.

·         The winner will be contacted by email and announced via the Promoter's website, where the winner's name will be published for at least 28 days.

·         The Promoter will hold the Prize for one (1) day after the applicable draw. If the Prize winner does not claim the Prize within that time, and reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter to contact the Prize winner, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed Prize draw at the same location. The unclaimed Prize draw winner will be contacted by email within one (1) business day of the redraw.

6. Prize Details

·         The prize winner will win an AFL Experience for one (1) business.

·         The Prize includes an exclusive Q&A session for the winner's business with an AFL player or coach from the winner's favourite AFL team, for up to 250 people.

·         The Promoter will work directly with the AFL to provide a player or coach from the winner's favourite AFL team; however, this is subject to availability.

·         The Promoter will work with the winner to coordinate a suitable date, time, location and AFL player or coach for the Q&A session. All elements are subject to availability.

7. Prize Conditions

·         The Prize must be utilised prior to 31 October 2026. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable date for the experience; however, if this is not possible due to availability, the Prize may be forfeited.

·         The Prize must be taken as offered, is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

·         If the Prize, or any part of it, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

·         If the winner is unable to host or attend the AFL Experience on the agreed date and time and provides less than one (1) week's notice, the Prize may be forfeited.

·         Travel expenses, including flights, accommodation and transport, as well as catering and any other costs associated with hosting the Q&A session, are not included in the Prize.

·         The winner is responsible for the venue. The Q&A session may be held at the winner's business or at another venue of the winner's choice. Any venue hire, location costs or related costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is responsible for facilitating the Prize only.

8. Winner Publicity and Marketing

·         The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name for publicity purposes.

·         The winner may be published on the Promoter's website and social media accounts and acknowledges and consents to their name being used for advertising or marketing purposes by the Promoter.

·         The Promoter may send entrants future promotions of its goods or services.

·         The winner's personal information may be disclosed to State/Territory regulatory departments and published as required by relevant trade promotion legislation.

9. Verification and Disqualification

·         The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age and residency.

·         The Promoter may disqualify any entry that, in its opinion, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements.

·         The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.

·         If a winner is disqualified and has been awarded the Prize, that entrant may be required to return the Prize or reimburse its value to the Promoter.

10. Prize Delivery

·         The Prize and associated details will be sent via email to the winner's nominated email address.

11. Limitation of Liability

·         The Promoter does not make any representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as the Prize.

·         To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents are not liable for any loss suffered to person or property in connection with the Competition, the Prize, or the supply or arrangement for the supply of goods and services by any person to the Prize winner and, where applicable, any persons accompanying the Prize winner.

·         This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the Prize supplied again.

12. Privacy

·         Personal information collected as part of entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for marketing and promotional purposes.

13. Changes and Jurisdiction

·         If for any reason any aspect of the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to trade interruption, technical disruption, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.

·         This Competition is governed by the laws of each Australian State and Territory. All entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant State or Territory.
