Sharp EIT Solutions: “WIN an AFL Training or Q&A Session for Your Business”
- These Conditions of Entry form part of the terms governing the Sharp EIT Solutions “WIN an AFL Training or Q&A Session for Your Business” promotion. By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- The Promoter is Extensive IT Solutions (trading as Sharp EIT Solutions), ABN 63 150 079 262, located at Tower 1, Triniti Business Park, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113.
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Entrants must be business owners or decision-makers.
- The Promotion Period begins at 8:00am AEST on 28 July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2025.
- To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the competition entry form during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
- Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries, including those affected by technical or human error, will be deemed invalid.
- This is a game of chance. One (1) winner will be selected randomly at 10:00am AEST on 1 December 2025 at the Promoter’s address.
- The winner will be contacted by email within one (1) business day of the draw and must accept the prize within four (4) days (by 5 December 2025).
- If the prize is not claimed in time, despite reasonable contact efforts by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited. An unclaimed prize draw will occur at 10:00am AEST on 6 December 2025, with the new winner notified within one (1) business day.
- The prize is an AFL-themed session for your business, consisting of either:
- A Q&A session with an AFL player or coach, or
- A training session hosted by an AFL player or coach.
- The Promoter is responsible only for providing the AFL talent. No food, beverages, flights, or accommodation are included.
- The winner may request a player or coach from their favourite AFL team. The Promoter will make every effort to accommodate the request; however, final selection is subject to availability and the discretion of AFL talent managers.
- The winner must book in the event by no later than 26 April 2026, with available dates provided by the Promoter based on AFL talent scheduling. The session will not exceed 1.5 hours.
- If the winner selects a Q&A session:
- The event must be held at the winner’s workplace (or a nearby suitable venue).
- A list of proposed questions must be submitted in advance.
- The Promoter may photograph or film the session for promotional use.
- If the winner selects a training session:
- The session must take place at a local facility arranged and booked by the winner.
- The number of participants allowed to attend the AFL experience will depend on the type of experience selected (Q&A or training session), the location, and the AFL team or player nominated. Restrictions on numbers will apply and are subject to the availability and discretion of the AFL talent and their management team. The Promoter will advise the winner of any limitations prior to confirming event details.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a similar experience of equal or greater value.
- The winner consents to the use of their name, business, and event images or recordings for publicity purposes across the Promoter’s website, social media, and marketing platforms.
- By entering, participants agree to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter. Personal data will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act. To access or correct your details, contact info@sharpeit.com.au.
- The Promoter may verify eligibility and identity. Entries deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms may be disqualified.
- The Promoter and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage related to the prize or competition, except as required by law.
- If the Competition is disrupted or cannot proceed due to unforeseen events (e.g. force majeure, pandemic, technical failure), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
- This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales and other participating jurisdictions. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
