Sharp EIT Solutions – “Train Like a GIANT” Competition

  1. Entry into the competition confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promoter is Extensive IT Solutions Pty Ltd trading as Sharp EIT Solutions, ABN 63 150 079 262, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde NSW 2113.
  3. Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over who are business owners, managers or business decision-makers. Employees and immediate family members of Sharp EIT Solutions, the GWS GIANTS and associated organisations are not eligible to enter.
  4. The competition opens at 4th September and closes 25th September . Only one entry per person is permitted.
  5. To enter, complete and submit the competition entry form during the competition period. Incomplete, invalid or late entries will not be accepted.
  6. This is a game of chance. One winner will be selected by random draw at 10am 28th September at Sharp EIT Solutions, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde NSW 2113.
  7. The winner will be contacted by telephone and email within two business days of the draw.
  8. The prize is a “Train Like a GIANT” experience for the winner’s business team of up to 20 people, including:
    • Lunch at GIANTS Café
    • A business or football-themed presentation from a GIANTS coaching staff member
    • An AFL training and skills session
    • One GIANTS training shirt per attendee
  9. The experience will take place at GIANTS HQ, Sydney Olympic Park, on a date confirmed by Sharp EIT Solutions and the GWS GIANTS. All activities, presenters and scheduling are subject to availability and may change.
  10. Travel, accommodation and other expenses associated with attending the experience are not included.
  11. Participants must follow all venue and safety requirements. Participation in the training session is voluntary and suitable clothing and footwear must be worn.
  12. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  13. If the winner does not claim the prize within [14 days], an unclaimed prize draw may be conducted.
  14. Sharp EIT Solutions and the GWS GIANTS may photograph or film the experience for promotional purposes. Attendees will be advised and any required consent obtained.
  15. Personal information will be used to administer the competition and arrange the prize. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has provided consent.
  16. Sharp EIT Solutions reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify invalid entries, or modify or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent it from proceeding.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
