Renewable Power That Moves With Your Operation

Renewable Power That Moves With Your Operation

Mobile solar systems provide a flexible energy solution for operations where power requirements, locations or project timelines can change.

The system is transported within a standard 20-foot High Cube container and unfolds into a commercial-scale solar array once positioned on site. Following the initial setup, it can be deployed or retracted in approximately 25 minutes, allowing it to be relocated as operational requirements change.

Mobile solar can operate independently during daylight hours or form part of a hybrid power system incorporating battery storage, diesel generation, grid electricity or a microgrid.

Mobile Solar Applications

#Where Mobile Solar Can Be Used

Mobile solar power is designed for projects where permanent energy infrastructure is unavailable, unsuitable or unlikely to remain in one location.

Mining & Exploration

Mining & Exploration

Reduce daytime generator use at remote mines, exploration sites and temporary camps while retaining the ability to move the system as operations change.

Construction & Infrastructure

Construction & Infrastructure

Supply renewable power to project compounds and regional worksites without installing permanent solar infrastructure at every location.

Agriculture & Regional Operations

Agriculture & Regional Operations

Support pumping, irrigation, cooling and processing at sites with limited grid access or changing seasonal requirements.

Emergency Response

Emergency Response

Deploy containerised solar power where electricity infrastructure is damaged, delayed or unavailable.

Defence & Critical Operations

Defence & Critical Operations

Support remote and mobile operations with a hybrid power system that can reduce dependence on ongoing fuel deliveries.

Off-Grid Sites

Off-Grid Sites

Generate renewable energy for remote facilities, island locations and operations beyond the reach of a reliable electricity grid.

Commercial-Scale Solar in a Mobile Container

Saphira Core combines 200 bifacial solar modules within a standard 20-foot High Cube container.

Once positioned and commissioned, the mobile solar container unfolds into an array approximately 130 metres long, providing up to 134 kWp of renewable generation.

When the site or project changes, the array can retract into the container for transport and redeployment at another suitable location.

The system can operate as a daytime solar solution or integrate with battery storage, diesel generators, grid supply and microgrids.

#Our Mobile Solar Assessment & Deployment Process

Our process is designed to determine whether mobile solar is practical for your site and how it should integrate with your existing energy infrastructure.

1. Energy Requirements

We review your electricity demand, operating hours, diesel consumption and critical power requirements.

2. Site Assessment

We assess access, available deployment space, ground conditions and environmental considerations.

3. System Configuration

We determine whether the site requires mobile solar only or integration with batteries, diesel, grid supply or a microgrid.

4. Project Planning

We coordinate system design, transport, site preparation, electrical works and deployment requirements.

5. Delivery & Commissioning

The mobile solar system is delivered, established and connected to the approved site infrastructure.

6. Monitoring & Support

We provide ongoing monitoring and support based on the system configuration and operational requirements.
